First Mortgage: $395
Additional Mortgage: $100
Our comprehensive package allows you to either work directly with your lender to facilitate the short sale, or our affiliate, Blue Anchor Advisors, can facilitate your request at no charge including:
- Compiling all documents necessary for submission
- Include an Investment Offer with initial submission
- Weekly follow up calls to your lender to determine status of your short sale
- Communicate directly with you and your Realtor on all correspondence with your lender
